It is recommended prior to use to format the new settings to make a clean system. (OPTIONAL)

I recommend a system restore point before the packs used to create!

This:

Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore

Then you work the folder as follows:


1. WINDOWS ... then reboot.


2. TCP UDP in this order :
    private1 - reboot
    private2 - reboot
    pirvate3 - reboot
         UDP - reboot


3. FONT ... then reboot


4. Go in sETTINGS folder and procced in this order
AUTOSTART - MONITOR - MOUSE - GRAPHICS - STARTOPTION - MAINTENACE - DEFRAGMENTATION


5. Copy config.cfg and userconfig.cfg in your steam/steamapps/*yourname*/counter-strike/cstrike folder.


7.  If your mouse still does not run all the controls, I recommend MOUSE SETUP perform.
